Matthew has built the reputation of Constellation Services to encompass integrity, quality and an unrelenting focus on customer satisfaction. Developing highly effective communication strategies, understanding of the industrial and commercial plumbing landscape and the need to continually develop his team, the business is recognised as the ‘go to’ mechanical and civil plumbing partner for large-scale industrial, commercial and civil construction projects.
Matthew takes a deep dive approach: working in a hands-on capacity, he fosters open communication with estimators, project managers, head contractors and employees to ensure every project exceeds client expectations.

Every quality business needs a talented juggler keeping all the balls in the air and coordinating all the moving parts. With an extensive background in account management, business management, process improvement and system development, Nicola has been the ultimate helmsperson for almost a decade.
She is an integral part of the management team and a secondary point of contact for Constellation clients. She is across all aspects of Constellation Services.

Andrew Gibbon
Senior Project Manager
Andrew is a senior member of the Constellation team. Highly experienced and fully licensed as a mechanical plumber and gas fitter, his career spans almost 20 years; eight of which he spent working on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.
Andrew has invaluable project management experience. Having played significant roles with the Convention Centre, Darling Harbour refurbishment project, Blacktown Hospital and the renovation of 5 Martin Place in the CBD, Andrew is no stranger to multi-layered and multi-storeyed large-scale projects.
Experienced in successfully managing teams of 40 on-site plumbers, Andrew draws on his extensive management skills… and has a good time while doing it.
With Andrew on-site, there’s never a dull day and he inspires his colleagues with his wit and knowledge.
Further to team management, he has extensive experience in logistics and material ordering and is skilled in the interpretation and adjustment of site plans and blueprint documentation.
Andrew is completely committed to safety and client satisfaction… and getting the job done (with a smile) no matter what.
Samuel Geldard

Sam is a fully licensed and highly experienced commercial plumber, with many years in the commercial plumbing industry.
Specialising in mechanical and hydraulic services, Sam has an admirable commitment to safety and quality.
